The people I work with and the wider team are such a highlight of my time at Citypress. Everyone is so supportive of each other and being able to have my own say in agency management and goals is so exciting

Cons

This comes with the profession so not a specific con of Citypress - the volume of knowledge needed to work on cross sector clients Getting there though and Citypress have been great at inducting me onto partner programmes
