Pros

Excellent benefits, amazing training, flexibility in daily schedule, easy product to sell. I loved working with clients to find the right package for them, and being able to show the results from their campaign.

Cons

Management. Everyone knows that Sales is a numbers game. Yet, behind the number, is a sales person making that goal happen. Whenever a sales rep asks for help with navigating a tough client, it's managements job to assist the rep with any tools available (ideas, concepts, past experience if any with selling that industry etc...) as well as lead by example. Also, at the Atlanta office, the clients interest was getting lost and the main focus becoming money, goals and sales. The two compliment each other and it was a shame that there was an unspoken attitude from the higher ups- of "oh well, there's always another client" instead of investing in the ones currently signed.

Pros

Still people there that want to see it succeed and have provided many ideas which sadly have fallen on deaf ears.

Cons

Business development leadership is weak, business, product and sales did not interact well with each other. CityGrid and CitySearch salespeople spend 30-50% of their time filing and following up on bug tickets. No coherent mobile strategy whatsoever, Yelp and Foursquare have successfully passed them over in terms of relevance.
