      Pros

      Great culture, feels like you are part of the solution and contributing to society rather then just trying to get facebook likes. When I worked there it was a small team that demanded a lot out of it's employees but recognized their hard work and dedication and cared about it's employees.

      Cons

      At the time I left they were a small startup. They have common startup problems but honestly one of the most professional and committed groups in the L.A. area I have worked with.

      Pros

      CitySourced offers a supportive team environment and is a good startup to be a part of. The management is dedicated to growth, and has a great client base and effective product. At my time with the company, the team was small but experienced. The customer base was expanding and strengthening greatly.

      Cons

      It's a startup so there are some kinks here and there that will eventually be smoothed out with continuity and increased staff. As mentioned before, the team is dedicated to advancing and has proven to do so in my time there.

      Pros

      CitySourced has great benefits: unlimited vacation, 99%covered healthcare, vision, and dental, equity & 401k. I love the people that I work with! I am able to work remote and have full accountability for my responsibilities. I continue to feel my role progressing and pushing me to be better every day. My boss is very encouraging and challenges me to make choices on my own to take ownership in my choices and the path that marketing is going down. He is very good at grooming me to take on more responsibility and grow within the company.

      I haven't found one yet ;) I love my job and my co-workers!
