Pros
Good opportunity to advance in my role. Nice benefits, including life insurance, HSA/ FSA and 401k. Free lunches twice a week and free snacks. Pay is good, and the people are generally great to work with. I appreciate that there's a more casual office dress code and managers are flexible on schedule when needed. There's motivation to get work done, but it's not high-pressured micromanagement.
Cons
Sometimes long days before big deadlines. There was a hybrid work from home option during COVID, now it's back at the office. Pretty nice office, next door to the Century City mall.
