      They care about people. You know they do because of the way they treat people. They don't adapt a cookie cutter approach

      Cons

      Taking over an international team was a big step. You did well with most things but there were some areas which could be improved.

      Pay could use a bump, but its government so you won't be closing a bunch of $100k+ deals.
