Pros
specially civilmantra giving chance to many of freshers to start the career but many of them leave the company after getting some little bit knowledge and forget the value of chance provided by company to them ... please don't hire the persons who leave any company in just start of their career
Cons
i worked here 2 years and 3 months i left from here because of my personal problem i personally seen here in my 12 years of career hard working atmosphere and help the candidates who comes from poor family.. i always miss this workplace
