Pros
Everyone is extremely passionate about the work they do and very open to talking about the company. It is a safe space to express yourself, including presenting new ideas to your superiors. I feel that the company culture is oriented towards a high degree of participation and a sense of community. I felt like I was working to change the world, and I was.
Cons
The only real con is that the company is still very young and can sometimes be a bit disorganized. People are bouncing around left and right, and always talking on the phone or answering an email. The sense of urgency can be a bit overwhelming at times.
