Pros
The company is composed of very friendly people and it is easy to start as almost any position there. It is also easy to get some cross-skills in other areas that are not your own.
Cons
While I was working there the company was still in a sort of startup phase and a bit unstable (with a change of CEOs twice consecutively), so salaries were not the highest but decent and the job stability was a bit worrying. Nowadays I think the company is quite stable and improving so it is worth looking into

The pay scale for the technical positions aren't too competitive, unfortunately, but that is often offset by the great perks and flexibility.
