Pros
It was wonderful seeing patients get approved. Managers are amazing and compassionate.
Cons
It is very stressful work. Sometimes teammates would take advantage of circumstances and not completely share caseloads. There is very little upward mobility.

Small scaled company, family-oriented, independent working environment, hands-on training with resources.
Cons
Growth opportunities were low, pay vs job functions were not attractive to keep employees, additional bonuses would have been a perk, easy burn out, better communication through supervisors, much needed weekend shift differential.
