Pros

Work remote was nice but not really a lot

Cons

First of all , I was over qualified for this position, but I took it as a nice start. The lead trainer was maybe the worst trainer someone could hire for this position. Completely unprofessional. I would sit for hours waiting for a response. Praising me usually on the job I did, then I get a email saying my performance wasn’t meeting the standereds. So I responded back how I was blind sighted by this, they enrolled me in a zoom meeting and told me I was an agressive male, which if you knew me was the opposite of my beliefs and character. The pay was horrible for NY wadges at 18 a hour, people flipping burgers at Burger King are making more than a skill position. They wanted you to learn the company practically by yourself for 2 weeks of training. The HR staff was completely unprofessional and rude , laughing mockingly as they told me I was terminated for lack of knowledge. The only lack of knowledge in this situation is this Inadequate company . They honestly did me a favor not wasting my time in this bad , cheap, lowlife company. Stay away if your a male , they will treat you like dirt and you will be payed by dirt.

We pride ourselves on a professional team throughout the entire company. Our trainer’s success rate is outstanding! 99% of the people trained have gone on to be successful, productive members of our team. In addition to working one on one with the trainer for several weeks, each new employee is given performance updates during their training, with ways to improve, etc. It is up to the individual employee to learn from the information given and correct their performance accordingly so they can become successful in their position. That being said, not everyone is cut out for the type of detailed work we do on a daily basis. Our HR staff is extremely professional and has the upmost respect for all of our employees. They handle all situations with sincerity and integrity. We wish you the best as you navigate the adult working world and hope that you find a position that suits your personality.

Pros

NONE this place is HORRIBLE

Cons

poor compensation, violent and touturaous environment. I wished I never worked there!! trust me, these negative reviews are TRUE! I can bet they have there own staff post positive reviews to keep their star rating high. If you have any medical insurance issues, DO NOT WORK HERE, if you have a family, DO NOT WORK HERE. You are expected to never be late, but they can be late when the designated door opener person is late, and yoru stuck in parking lot wasting gas wating for soemone to show up and unlock the office! This place is the biggest joke! They are a TINY company and waste money on office decor instead of paying out bonuses. VERY HIGH TURNOVER, might as well put Saloon doors at th entrance, nobody stays long, only the few core crew 4-6ppl, the rest, quit, fired, or sue them.

Thank you for your review. To call the environment violent and torturous is very disappointing and upsetting to hear. ClaimFox prides itself on being a family, being flexible and a collaborative work environment. From the seamless transfer to remote work at the start of the pandemic, the Zoom gatherings, the games we play, the monthly care packages that we have sent to all our employees, the flexibility in work hours to accommodate children learning from home and child care and just about anything else that has come up and the fact that not one employee had to face a lay off or worry about not receiving a paycheck, makes us feel that ClaimFox is the exact opposite of what this reviewer is trying to portray. While ClaimFox is considered a small to medium sized company, our business has consistently been growing and we are hiring new employees to accommodate our business demands. We have the opportunity to enjoy many perks like daily free lunch for the staff, both pre-pandemic and now for the folks who are back in the office, a fully stocked kitchen, company outings to the local aquarium and our annual scavenger hunt and holiday games. With that in mind, I am happy to report that the turnover rate at ClaimFox is minimal at best, with the majority of our employees (over 100) celebrating 5 years or more with us. That being said, each milestone anniversary is celebrated by the company with gifts of appreciation! Just to clarify, ClaimFox does not own the building where our main office is located. The decision on the placement of handicap parking spots would remain between the landlord and the town. The decision to leave a company is a personal one and we wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

Remote working is nice for the time being

Cons

If you’re looking for a job that will give you the workload of three people with little pay then look no further, this job is for you! I was bamboozled into taking up on this job with a contract that promised yearly wage raises based off of performance reviews which never happened for the years of incredible work ethic that I put into this company. Career growth is nonexistent here, but don’t worry they can always utilize you to put in the effort to work in different departments for their clients at their whim, however don’t expect any pay raises from it, “it’s not priority for them” as I have been told by HR themselves. Working remote is nice as I have said in the pros column however expect overbearing watchdogs to monitor your time to make sure you’re staying “consistent” with the heavy workload they give you each day and expect to keep up with a ridiculous benchmark to which you don’t get any incentive for, speaking of which, thanks Claimfox for the $15 gift card given to us over Christmas that one time, really helped with paying for basically nothing! And if they respond to this, which I hope they do, because I can tell you right now, they’re reassuring statements you’ll read are filled with nothing but lies. They are always hiring though because employees eventually gain the wisdom to quit a job that doesn’t pay enough to actually make a living nor provide the proper benefits that would keep a good employee satisfied with the company. Safe to say, the reason why “quiet quitting” is so popular now is because of companies like this. Don’t be fooled by their “integrity” BS because they have none, and eventually yours will die alongside them too. Waste no time here, it would be better spent working in the fast food industry for more pay.
