Management on the Security Side is a somewhat decent human
Cons
They expect so much from you in a little bit of time. Its a toxic work environment were they expect you to work overtime without overtime pay. Finally management has fired people that they gave 0 training to throughout their time so that they can give the work to someone else without raising their pay.
