Pros

Great place to sharpen your skills if you don’t have much experience. Christmas party and other firm events were off the hook. Cool people.

Cons

Insanely high billable requirement with no overtime allowed. It feels like you’re being set up for failure. Poor communication re expectations for staff. No technology.
