old, dated place, the old folks look neglected, lights don't work, toilets either, lots to be desired...it could be so beautiful but ISN'T

no parking for everyone, constant changing of rules each management meeting, special rules for special people, not enough staff hired, had to constantly clean up after other people, female managers are too catty and make work environment toxic
