Pros
The compensation and benefits are very competitive. The company has been around since the 1950's and is an industry leader LED commercial lighting.
Cons
The company has in the last 5 years decided to dabble in the connected vehicle space and started with trailer telematics because of the potential value it brings to the sale of a company this size. Expectations are very high and the platforms don't perform as prescribed. Resources are very limited and mostly come from the automotive space which do not apply to Class 8 commercial fleets. Egos & micromanagement represent the culture.
