Some of the people that were on my team and others in sales were lovely. The company itself was good.

Cons

A lot of people in my team left over the course of the time I was there. Unfortunately a couple were bullied out as they didn't fit in with the 'mean girls' vibe in the office. Speaking up gets you nowhere, it got one person fired for daring to try. Massive conflict of interests with a couple of heads of the department. Catty behaviour, management shouting across the room, a clear divide between departments, management whispering about people right next to you and blatant rudeness from some of the team all happened on a daily basis.

Events can be fun when they are not extremely stressful.

Cons

Almost everything. Pay far below industry standard. Overworked and long hours. Very poor management. Upper management does not care at employee wellbeing at all. Don't expect a promotion unless you are a "favorite". Also most people don't want one because the additional work is not worth the measly raise. There is zero respect for anyone and their workload.
