Pros

Used to be a great place to work.

Cons

They make a big show and dance about culture but all they really care about is money. The firm used to be great but now it's gotten too big and you're just a cog in a machine. Don't believe their top firms to work for status either- they bribe employees with days off work and celebrations in order to get that status.

Great culture and general respect for work/life balance. Management look out for junior members of staff and progression opportunities are always there if you seek them out.

Cons

Unrealistic bonus targets - has a negative impact on morale
