      Pros

      Great Doctors, technicians, and front desk staff.

      Cons

      Positives associated with doctors and staff far outweighed by management that does not understand how things work at the levels where it counts. A dangerous mix of backstabbing and dishonesty by management. Don't trust what you are told as it is probably not true.

      Excellent doctors and mostly nice people.

      Cons

      The company is extremely cheap and nickels and dimes its employees. They don’t follow policies that are outlined in their own handbook. They treat the people who have actual patient contact terribly.

      Pros

      The medical staff and doctors are fantastic and the benefits are good.

      Cons

      Whether you are successful at the company has nothing to do with job performance but is based on if some of senior leadership likes you. If you don't fall in to line whether or not it is ethical you suffer the consequences. Senior Leadership should make rational and impartial decisions but does not. Could be a great place to work but changes would have to be made.
