      95% of startups fail, so people who are joining startups are aware of the risks of joining one. When someone joins you it's mostly because of the belief that they can contribute to your success and win together. You have 1) A culture that's focused on blame game 2) A manager who's more focused on earning pennies via Topmate and promoting personal products in office than actually doing their job Acknowledge that your culture is bad. Stop posting silicon valley quotes in your blogs just to sound cool

      Interesting tech, build it yourself attitude. Scope to learn a lot by working on already built systems

      Every employee that joins leaves within 1 year. I also understood why after working there. [1] Lots of politics and favouritism for initial employees. [2] Not much ownership/work entrusted onto new joinees. [3] Company is at a plateau for 7 years. [4] Vision for the company's future is non-existent
