Really great services and supportive co-workers.

Cons

Fake promises of how much you’ll make and how easy it is to sell. Definite “what have you done for me lately” mentality. No real appreciation nor respect for anyone but the most successful sales people, and a boys club attitude for those deemed to be “rockstars”. Unrealistic quotas in a challenging economy.

The HR staff is very nice.

Cons

Leadership is out of touch and this company has very dated offerings. Company is getting desperate as they are not making numbers (though they make them up for the board) and the pressure is overwhelming. Pay is below average at this company.
