      Uncomfortable working environment

      Pros

      The office space is nice. There are often catered lunches and other flashy perks. Business is always really good and continuously growing.

      Cons

      A certain partner makes many inappropriate remarks towards female employees. I had my neck massaged and his arm put around me on several occasions and was made to feel as though I had to just laugh it off or I would lose my job. I saw coworkers be put in similarly compromising situations and it's all just very awkward. It's really a shame not only for the females in the office who have experienced this and may continue to experience this (thankfully I no longer have to), but also for the other partners in the company who I had only positive experiences with. Ultimately this one bad apple may ruin it for everyone...

      We are sincerely sorry to hear that you felt uncomfortable while working here. At Clarity we have an open door policy and we take immediate action to a grievance. All of our employees are required to take part in anti-harassment training and management is very involved in this process. We appreciate and value you sharing your experience and providing us with feedback. We will look into improving our training initiatives to prevent any future negative work experiences.

      Nice people, poor management

      Pros

      The culture and office are the main benefits.

      Cons

      There is almost no methodology to project management and project managers seem to have very little technical background. This causes a lot of totally unnecessary stress as consultants end up having either too much or too little work. The PTO seems generous but you have to use it for even basic holidays and for sick days.

      Pros

      The Partners are invested into helping their staff learn and grow while at the same time challenging them every day. There is a wonderful and diverse group of intelligent people to work with. There are many opportunities to advance your career if you can afford to put in the extra time. The Partners encourage teamwork by hosting weekly events, fundraisers, and more. Compensation is fair and competitive.

      Cons

      Benefits are expensive and they do not offer a 401K match. Do not provide employees with a clear bonus/incentive program. Salary employees are expected to conduct business development and put in long hours.
