Pros
Impressive clients for a small agency. They are small so it means you get to work across pretty much everything unlike other agencies where you're stuck to 1 or 2 clients/accounts. Summer/Christmas socials were EPIC.
Cons
They're pretty fast paced so sometimes you don't get the time to think as much as I'd like before working on a new concept but it doesn't take long to fit into the way they work.
