None, at this time it is a train wreck
Cons
No effort to instill a leadership program or training. Literally people are promoted based on friendships and family relationships, especially in the Sheriff’s office where it is supposed to be governed by a civil service body to ensure fairness and equal opportunity but it doesn’t appear to be effective.
