Cons

Roles can be confusing & trying to figure out if something is your responsibility can be difficult. They’ve reorganized the Admin group & there is a lot of crossover in roles, which creates confusion & some conflict. It is being addressed though.

Pay, benefits, talking about how they put employees first but then doing the opposite, arbitrary promotion system, high fees for clients so unable to get enough business to retain employees, wasteful talent advisor program.
