      Most toxic work environment I have ever experienced

      Pros

      Friday socials where you can get wasted. That’s about it.

      Cons

      - Terrible training; but they want everything done immediately and properly - Power tripping and rude employees. - LOTS of unpaid overtime expected, will grumble at paying out even an hour of overtime. - Family law department is toxic to a next level. Beware of “LAAs” that have decades years of experience, but could not progress at all so now they want to make your life hell. - HR is absolutely terrible and will blame you for random, unsubstantiated complaints.

      It is absolutely impossible to get anything done, the management team is one of the worst I have ever seen. There is such a level of distrust between employees and management it makes everyone feel unable to speak up.

      The people and staff are generally nice The work is pretty standard and reasonable Pay is decent but extremely curved

      Cons

      The Management is a complete joke, they have no idea what they are doing, one third of the firm has left, even after being there over 30 years.
