Can be a good work life balance though they encourage overtime since most work from home. Set healthy boundaries to ensure a good balance.

Cons

Used to be a family culture and is now a corporate culture, pretending to still be a family culture.

N/a not really much to say. They have good outings.

Cons

The company is comprised of a bunch of people who worked at SchoolDude selling maintenance things. They’re all really buddy buddy and it takes away from the overall company. One of the managers was in sports management before, a total joke. And I believe that they stole their overall pitch to clients, from Amazon’s Skyward section, word for word.
