Pros
Working at Classic Informatics was a great experience. The team was supportive, and both colleagues and seniors were always ready to help when I faced challenges. A special thanks to Jawed Sir for truly listening, guiding me, and ensuring that important concerns were shared with management. His support helped me stay focused and grow professionally. I'm grateful for the positive work environment and the opportunities I had to learn and contribute.
Cons
One area of improvement could be the lack of a physical office. While the fully remote setup offered flexibility, over time it felt a bit isolating and impacted team bonding and real-time collaboration.
