+ Open and inclusive environment + Challenging roles that drive you to think + Fantastic training that takes into account personal developments and challenges + Freedom under responsibility + Great office location (Level 39 in Canada Wharf)

Cons

- Because the team and the product is so engaging, some times, it can effect work/life balance. However, this is very much a personal choice, and not forced in any way by the company.

- Excellent working environment and culture (great team and office location) - Management (personal development is well support, ideas are encouraged and taken on board) - Remuneration (paid well, great incentives)

Cons

As is usual with a young and growing company, there's not always a very structured process and things can change quickly. This can be appealing to some as there's a big opportunity to help shape the business, but might put off those that prefer a more corporate structure.

Pros

Amazing team culture with hard-working, supportive, smart and fun colleagues. It is a great place to develop and grow with great support from top management. The team is proud of the product which shows through their work and positive attitude. Definitely, an open environment where we work hard and play hard.

Cons

As with any startup, you need to be able to adapt quickly to change and wear different hats at different times. If you are up for that, then it is a great place to be.
