      Pros

      everyone is quite...mhhh not sure if it is because they are afraid of someone

      Cons

      one toxic boss, very smart guy and talented but can't control his temper. it feel like a puch card enviroment. Company feels more like an assembly line, no perk, office is old fashion. You can feel some heavy tension in the air, like in a factory when a supervisor is on your shoulders all the time.

      Pros

      They really care about the product. Designing quality schools and really looking out for the districts. Leadership really tries to keep with new trends and be flexible with work/life balance. I've yet to meet someone in the different offices that isn't kind or willing to help.

      Cons

      A little under staffed at the moment, but that comes and goes, I'm sure. Communication is something that really needs work, but they recognize that.
