This company cares about it's employees as much as its customers. The CEO is a culture first/family-first really experienced guy. Yet he recognizes what he doesn't know and lets us drive and make mistakes---as long as we don't make the same mistake repeatedly.
Cons
He has this saying, hire slow but fire fast. Some days I wish would hire a little faster. It's an exciting place to work but it never stops. Not sure that is really a con though..
