Pros

Flexibility is good and they are competitive in the industry price wise. Not worth the pressure at times.

Cons

Upper management only cares about numbers and is very cut throat. No technical support for inside sales at all.

Cons

They are a rip off company who nickels and dimes their franchise holders. Had the same account with them for over 5 years and never received an increase. Their QC inspectors don't go to bat for franchise holders and are completely against them.

Salary wasn't bad and they give phone/ car allowance.

Cons

Very negative work environment. The owner just talks about firing people rather than finding solutions.
