Flexible work environment, department had some great people to work alongside, learning is vast
Cons
Work load was not clearly defined leading to more responsibilities than what was outlined in JD, no clear communication on strategies and direction, too much micro managing from upper management, global counterparts were not collaborative of headoffice directive leading to escalations, staff redundancies without clear indications, no proper performance tracking or appraisals for career growth financially- only added responsibilities to the role. Working outside of 9-5 work hours due to global presence without any compensation for leave or pay.
