      A great place to put your programming skills to use while learning new ones along the way. Friendly environment. Great opportunity for students who need flexible schedules. Excellent break policy. Occasional Jamba day.

      Cons

      Many new requirements lack well thought-out design. Student turn-over causes confusion and lack of direction in some departments.

      - Very friendly work environment. Management is very nice, accommodating, and helpful. - Flexible hours - Great place to gain experience - Free food - Frequent company parties

      - There is a very high turnover due to most employees being students of the local university. This can cause some difficulties for interdepartmental communication.
