      Pros

      The pay was decent and the fridge was stocked.

      Cons

      The management is incompetent and rude. I was a financial advisor assistant with FINRA licensing and prior experience, but was working under someone with less experience and no licenses. If you are looking to be a financial professional then this is not the place to learn. I quit one day because I was tired of being talked down to. Seriously was told to only answer questions with a 'Yes', 'No', or 'IDK' when addressing the CEO. I guarantee the 5 star review was done by a current employee, under direct orders to boost their image.

      Pros

      Nice co workers but they won't be there long so not really a pro.

      Cons

      Pressure, constant change, blame passed on to the newest staff person, alot of cons...which is why in the last 2 years, at least 8 staff members can come and gone...considering its about a 10-12 person office, thats alot!

      Pros

      Staff Retreat was amazing--helicopter ride, indoor skydiving, Benihana's, tons of food and booze. That is the only pro to working at Clear though and it only happens once a year.

      Cons

      Management is so up and down, constantly changing her mind so you can't get anything done Then get reprimanded for not having your work done on time, which was due to her. Being told repeatedly to follow orders or else. I don't think the CEO has any idea what is happening to the staff. We were always told to never speak to him ever. Lots and lots of turnover. Most people last 3 months unless they are good at kissing butt.
