The professional development team is comprised of all former educators. The minimum requirement is 5 years of teaching experience. This shows a commitment to educators and a value in their expertise. This is a great company to learn and grow with.
Cons
Schedules can vary greatly, so some months may require heavy travel, depending on your position.
Seriously. They drink in meetings. Eat out and drink at every juncture. Not great ar training you so you’re pretty much running your own business. Comp plan is terrible so negotiate your pay. They pay around $70K which they think is good because they are based out of Carolina but considering $80K and less qualified you for food stamps in LA it’s not nearly enough for the time. Had fun but I was always looking for something else. They have a great per diem with a company card, gas card and company vehicle.
Cons
They are always drunk or recovering from a hangover. It’s literally coming out of their pores. Very odd corporate environment of over indulging in everything but if you like that you’ll love it. Not very organized. High turnover due to low pay. They also keep very problematic employees.
