MLM Scam

Pros

Do not be fooled by this 'company'. Clear Vision targets naive recent college grads and those desperate for employment to fill out its roster of bottom rung 'salespeople'. They will be forced to meet a sales quota in order to be compensated, which will never happen. Nobody in their right mind would agree to a cellphone contract forced on them by an aggressive third-party salesperson who represents a 'Fortune 500' company.

Cons

Stephen Kordella does a poor job of crafting his MLM scam. It's barely even believable for more than a few seconds.

LOL - we wish we were an MLM! We W2 all of our employees and they are paid weekly through ADP payroll. There is no investment to work with our firm, we are just a normal corporate company like any other corporation. Where do people like you come up with this stuff?? Why don't you come interview with our firm or meet our Managing Partner of the Cleveland firm and get to know us. The door is open to you.

Pros

None lol there are way better door to door sales out there then this.

Cons

They call it b2b t mobile corporate plans. Most of your time you will be selling in gas stations or run down restaurants trying to scam employees into a “corporate” t mobile business plan. The service is terrible, the phones are androids, and the only people who fall for this are people who have no business making these decisions for themselves. Your manager will want you to use shady sales tactics in order to facilitate these sales. Don’t go back to the same place you sold one because you will get called out for scamming them.

Hey, Reviewer! Thanks for the review. The pro doesn't seem like a pro, though! We'll keep this short & simple. We don't work for T-Mobile, we're not going anywhere in business, we don't discuss our salaries in meetings, and we don't do residential sales. If you have any questions, we'll be happy to answer them for you at (216) 860-5444. Take care! Sincerely, Clear Vision Communications Management Team

Pros

Positive work environment I suppose

Cons

The only two realistic and accurate reviews have it correct. This place is a Multi Level Marketing scheme, you won't even get paid minimum wage and you will work 12 hour days minimum. They prey on unsuspecting college grads so beware. The other pro reviews are definitely from the boss, "HR" (funny because there isn't really any HR) or any one of the other brainwashed "Executives" there. There is no work/life balance, just work. No benefits either not even health insurance. They sell a dream of being wealthy and that's how they keep people hooked but there is no shortcut to success.

Multi-level marketing scheme? We're guessing you've never looked up the implications of that accusation, but allow us to enlighten you. Mind you we're brainwashed typing this, but perhaps a quick Google will back us up. MLM's require the personal investment into a product, the recruitment of friends and family, and compensation based on team performance; none of which you experienced at Clear Vision Communications. We're not sure about you, but we definitely didn't see you at the office before it opened or after it closed, which is what it would have taken to support your claim of working 12 hour days. You are 100% right that there is no short cut to success, which is why it surprises us that you would complain about hours or having a work life balance. Anyone who plans to be successful knows those 2 things come with the package. Did we mention we have a $1400 signing bonus, $100 weekly gas bonuses, and training bonuses? Must be an MLM, though! Regardless, we hope you've found a much better fit professionally. Take care. Clear Vision Communications Management Team
