      -hybrid work from home and in-office -snacks -HR's effort to establish healthy work environment with the existing policies

      Cons

      -staff are underpaid for what they are expected to do. It's odd how ClearDent's employee reviews gave 5 stars but their cons said otherwise. It's obvious they are forced to write reviews with 5 stars. -the business has been around almost 2 decades yet they still run like a start-up. it's all thanks to the lack of management and leadership because everyone is too afraid to make decisions or take executive action due to one of the owner's inability to trust its staff members in carrying out their duties. -I am not surprised to find out the high turnover rate, particularly in the marketing department.

      Pros

      Company culture has recently become a major focus, and the results are starting come in. The benefits are pretty good. Dog-friendly office makes for a fun work environment. Better transparency and cohesion across the whole company is making a huge difference in the engagement level of employees. Company is happy to provide resources and educational opportunities when possible.

      Working from home isn't fully embraced yet.
