Pros

Most of the people are awesome. Helpful and genuine. Diversity and inclusivity are promoted…not sure if the teeth are really into it.

Cons

Hired as a CSM, was forced into doing sales. Leadership that I dealt with was inadequate. Lots more I could say but I’ll leave it here.. A true leader understands that it’s not about them, but about the team they serve, it’s not about exalting themselves but rather lifting others up. The leader of the team I was on ONLY cares about himself and everyone knew it. I regret ever choosing to work for CG.

Management is a joke Extremely poor decision making on behalf of managers They smile on your face and talk behind your back and gossip about other managers to staff . Show preferential treatment to select employees. They only look for what one does wrong instead of lifting up. This company is in trouble and anyone that goes to work there stands a chance of coming to work one day to locked doors and an empty space.

Let’s see. Where to begin; management literally has no structure. They go against what they say just to save face. It’s a revolving door of employees coming and going. Mico-Management 101
