      Poor leadership, lie to clients about data policy, bad decisions

      Pros

      The people are nice at least. Maybe some potential in their niche if they knew how to run a business.

      Cons

      No structure whatsoever. Too many inexperienced people making decisions. Company thinks the business world is the wild west and they can make dodgy decisions without consequences. Don't follow their own data policies and are not trustworthy. Leadership is very lacking. Oblivious to their own internal issues. No more than a stepping stone if you are interested.

      Pros

      CTO is a very humble and knowledgeable guy. I would have definitly love to work with him in any company. Lot to learn from CTO. Company as a whole is doing good, the idea is unique and not been explored in Indian market yet. As a first mover they certainly have a huge advantages over any other player coming to this domain.

      Cons

      Toxic culture (not sure if it changed now). The CEO is not the kind I would ever look forward to work with again. If there was another CEO in his place than this would have been a dream company for many. He talks about Work culture, employee happiness bla bla.... but they are just words. Won't recommend any technical guy to join it even though the CTO is good, at the end whatever the CEO wants will happen.

      Good office workspace (wework). CTO is a nice guy.

      Cons

      Cheap tactics used by management to save money. I was fired for some vague reasons after 11 months without any notice period. I witnessed 3 of my colleagues getting fired (one was fired during vacation without notice), one was told to leave the office while serving notice period. They got no respect for employees and constantly lie about various things. Ceo constantly undermine the developers, asks too many personal questions, unrealistic expectations from devs.
