Steep learning curve, that’s all. There’s nothing great here except for the nice colleagues.

- Management messy - Toxic work culture - Micromanages you (extreme) - Tons of useless unnecessary WhatsApp groups created (More than 50 groups) - Rewards staff only if they leave fake reviews for them

- Develop skills on tolerance - Learn how to follow up on everything through WhatsApp - Pay is good - Flat management system - Some nice colleagues - Self learning through Google

Cons

- outdated systems that all operate on their own - CEO likes to talk bad about other staff behind their backs - Management doesn’t trust staff and often makes comments like they are looking down on us - CEO doesn’t empower staff, enjoys micromanaging and controlling staff - Long meeting hours - Shared folders are messy, and not updated - Manual work preferred over integrations and automations - All updates over WhatsApp, every matter requires a different WhatsApp group

Basically nothing good in working there.

Cons

Very bad management & leadership. Staff are not appreciated & trusted. Direction from management always changes & not clear. With the poor management & unappreciated, staff are always back biting to survive. Expected to work like a dog & unappreciated.
