Everyone on the team is easy to get along with and very knowledgeable. I was fully remote before starting here and was a bit apprehensive about moving to a hybrid environment, but its been great to come to work with people that you genuinely get along with and learn a lot from each day. There's a good variety of projects with lots of opportunity to upskill, both from a technology perspective and in engaging with and demoing work to clients. There's also a good sense of working as a team across the company, and different approaches or suggestions get heard and implemented if it will make a difference to the team, or to a project's delivery.
