Clearsky core business is dying because of Tier 1 carriers acquiring their customers and the lack of direction from senior management. Most of senior management has been with the company for a number of years and resists any improvement. Clearsky does not foster a team environment with other departments, with other locations, and even within the same department!!
The CEO does not provide the leadership required, vision, and accountability in order for the company to succeed. The CEO and management knowledge the number of issues facing Clearsky but are unwilling to change because they do like the negative feedback it brings and do not want to change the status quo.
At Clearsky, 80% of work is done by 20% of the employees but the other 80% of employees are allowed to collect a paycheck and received bonuses. Promotions are not earned but given to employees who complain that they deserve one.
Morale is very low and management does not care.
