- worked with some cool technology - coworkers were good people - flexible hours and casual workplace
Cons
Salaries are low, benefits were average to poor. Upper management acted like a close group of buddies. As a result, communication and personal connection with the rest of staff could have been stronger. Ownership appeared focused on flipping the company for highest profit rather than growing it as a long term business. This leaves employees with an uncertain feeling about their future and can affect level of commitment.
