Get hired immediately after submitting application.
Cons
Long hours Once not needed, they will only work you 8-16 hours a week. Make you not feel welcomed. Be used anyway possible. They will make you volunteer to work across town. Managers only care about how much money they bring in and how big their bonus will be. You’ll only move up if someone else quits. Or if they need somebody to work at a place an hour away. Super long hours. If you call out and have a doctors note, You will still get written up.
