Business outlook
Pros
Very collaborative and fast moving environment. Work is all remote and pretty flexible. Everyone works hard, but everyone's contribution has a big impact and is heavily valued. Hearing the regular customer feedback is really motivating. we're building something people really want/need.
Cons
It's still early stage so there is a lot of independent initiative required to fix issues and solve problems. It's only a con if you're the kind of person that wants to punch a clock and have your assignments handed to you.
