If you work hard you will get noticed and recognized. There is progression into the department you wish so long as you show good work ethic Friendly coworkers and tight community

Cons

Little communication from upper management down regarding upcoming changes. Little acknowledgement from upper management regarding issues brought to attention. Poor cross department documentation
