Pros
I have now been the General Manager of Clearpoint for over 18 years, and I can truly say that I have continued to be blessed working for James and Charelle Webb, who are two of the most benevolent people that you could ever meet. They run Clearpoint with first class integrity to our clients and talent that we recruit and I model my own personal approach to the market the same way. Yes, I feel like I am really good at what I do, but in reality, I give all the credit to the talent that I connect with and get to represent to my clients and with full intention to help people with their next great career move and also getting my client the best talent for their open needs.
