Pros
Performance-driven pay increases on a semi-regular basis. If you are a decent worker, they recognize your efforts. You also work independently, but they still focus on a a culture of teamwork.
Cons
As an employee, you travel between locations during shifts each night. The drive time and gas is not compensated for because its "tax deductable" (which really doesn't make a difference) It really added up over time and is one of the reasons I would not work there long term. I was paid roughly the same hourly wage as other employees who worked at the closer locations, yet had to spend significantly more on gas.
