      Good money. And mostly good people. Lots of help if you need it.

      Demands most of your time. (The money is titled in a few people's favor) hard to advance beyond a certain point.

      There are absolutely no pros that I can think of.

      Cons

      Its door to door sales. You burn up a lot of gas and end up making no money whatsoever. There is no base pay.
