      Pros

      Nice office with nice amenities. The new Sales Leaders are amazing!

      Cons

      The office schedule is not "hybrid," as advertised. Some teams are allowed to be hybrid, but others are not. The head of Marketing (who is also the head of the BDR Team) plays favorites. A perfect example was when one of the other BDRs was invited to a fancy wedding. They promoted her and doubled her salary because she shared details about that wedding wth the head of Marketing.

      Cons

      Management has poor communication and practices. Switched from Flexible PTO to limited PTO mid-year with no warning and did not allow employees to take PTO after announcement Weekly changing policies on being in office/remote work. Executive team and management have poor communication thus creating misunderstandings all around. Managers give different treatment to staff on the same team. Payment is not up to industry standards.
