Still employs many very good people who care about the customers and making great shows happen.

Cons

Current C-level leadership lacks knowledge of and experience in the entertainment industry and is unwilling to learn - only care about the bean counting. Former CEO/founder understands this is a who-knows-who industry and collegiality always wins over the number-crunchers.

Cool shows, plenty of variety, good camaraderie, great gear, well maintained, competent and concerned techs.

Cons

Poor leadership, sales don't care about support, too concerned with revenue rather than whats "right" Not much room for advancement unless you're in the clique
